Flies and more flies

About a month ago, i read a report (in beeld) of a person who found maggots in their food, it did not surprise me at all.
we were eating twice a week at F&V because it is very convenient, i also have my business meetings there. because the food was very good.

we stopped eating there because of the flies at the warm food, nothing is being done about this. This weekend again, flies were sitting on the warm food. WOW guys, where is your Hygiene?

We stopped buying bilton there as well. because of the flies on the biltong. We told the manager about this and was told that we are the only ones complaining about this. Customers do not need to complain before something is done.

at a previous occasion my wife found a hair in her mushrooms, we were told my the manager that this "hair' is part of the mushrooms. We were quite shocked to hear this. As we have never seen this before.

We dont buy warm food or biltong at F&V anymore because of these flies.
I dont want this to sound like im complaining but when it comes to food Hygiene is very important. Ant at this shop nothing is done to combat the flies around the warm food or biltong.

There are food net's that can be used.
