What a dog show

I took my family out to Spur in Strand close to were i live recently and that turned out to be the worst decision ever. The so called waiters and welcome staff at the door didnt smile and greet us, they looked us up head to toe im assuming because they were coloureds and white and my family was Black. They just giggled among st themselves and looked at us. Once we got in we were served by a semi descent young lady who quickly took our orders and brought s drinks. The food was terrible. I ordered ribs and wings as it was a Thursday night special. My ribs were cold, my wings were old and hard siting on a week old sauce they had scrapped from under someones shoe.

I couldn't stomach any of it and decided not to complain as my kids were having a good time playing in the play area.

I can safely say i will never go back to Spur ever again. The attitude of the entire staff in Strand borders on and derogatory, i feel like as a black person i need to beg and plead to e served and that i am some form of amusement for the staff there floor manager included.included. Ive told all my friends and non will ever take their kids there either.
