Refund on bad service

Good day, me and my collegue bought 2 pies and 2 flavoured mineral waters, while at the till we asked that they refund the water as they were pricy. The lady in charge started screaming at saying we will not get a refund. The total cost was R63 so i had given them R100, we left the money, the change and the food there as she was not willing to refund us.
