I went into fish aways to place an order, before payment or any preparations of the order could be processed i asked lerato to cancel it so i could place a different order, she told me she couldnt void it as the manager wasnt there as he went to the gym and would be back in 1hr30 mins. shouldnt there be someone to void transactions when the manager is not there?

I reluctantly agreed to pay for the original order. As if that was not enough, their speedpoints were down and it declined payment from my fnb card. She told me there was nothing she could do and we should just let the order go,
i then asked her that if thats the case why dont i then place a different order (the one i wanted to change to) and pay for it with a standard bank card, she refused and said shes not going to sell me anything other than the original order, i asked her if she is refusing to sell to me and she said she is, and i can complain if i want to, theres nothing anyone can do to her, this has turned me off fish aways for good and i really think i deserve an apology from lerato herself, there was no need for her to be rude and as an employee she is no position to refuse to sell to customers as that is he
