BAD SERVICES AND RUDE

On the 09 April 2013 at 18h30, was at fish and chips at Midrand boulders i placed an order for fish and chips, this lady asked if i wanted a drink with them and by that time i wasnt sure if i do, then continued with the order. After a minute i asked her if i can add the drink to the order i placed with the R5.00 cold drink that comes out with it, she refused to added up and there's nothing she can do about and she became rude and annoyed saying but i did ask if you wanted a drink and i answered yes as i was not sure if i did wanted and decided to change my mind and she was furious at me, her service was very bad and so unfriedly towards me as a customer, the gentle who was another customer there he even asked why is she giving me a hard time serving me as i do have the right to change my mind and order the drink, she called her supervisor and they laughed about it as if it was a joke. It was so bad how they giving the services i was dissapointed.
