Did not pack the complete orde

Hi, this is the 2nd Time i have ordered from Fish Aways with problems. The first time was big order that we did and they did not pack all the items, They left out 3 cooldrinks and 3 pieces of fish. I phoned them and they said i should come back, but we were already at work and could not drive back again. Today i was at Fish aways again, and they did not pack in my fish cake. Unfortunately i was already at work and could not go back to fetch it as i already was late for work. This has now really put me off going back there. I person should not have to double check all the time.
