DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Myself and 2 friends ordered meals at Steers, only to be told, there aren't any condiment containers available or satchets either. I was ok to settle for an alternative container, A REALLY IMPRACTICAL ICE CREAM CUP, the staff member then obliged and instructed me to pay for a container which THEY are out of stock of. I requested a manager who LOOKED IN MY FACE, blatantly turned her back & refused to face OR SPEAK TO me!!! Pathetic!!! no alternative was made for us as customer either. APPALLING SERVICE :(
