Pathetic service

Went into Steers Gordon's Bay and stood in the que for a few minutes to place our order. One of the cashiers, or he might be one of the cooks as I saw management telling one of their cooks to go back to their designated workplace before, looked us in the eye, then another patron walked into the outlet after us and he helped this customer. If this is what Steers considers to be customer service then that was certainly the last time they will see me, my family, friends and any acquaintances of us. This is not the first time or the only branch where this happened to us or where we saw this type of thing. Your staff are obviously illiterate or untrained in any form of customer service as their attitudes stink to say the very least.
