Poor customer service from the Manage

On the 5th of December at John Dorys Overport City I bought take aways for my family, bought hake with veggies and these veggies were put together with hake in one container i.e. grilled fish, butternut and spinach, I asked the waitress to please put the veggies in a separate container as I was still going home and wouldn't want the three to mix together. The waitress came back with a response that the manager was shouting at her and saying that she cant put into separate containers and that I must pay R5 for an extra box to put the take away food, asked the manager to come speak to me but the manager didn't bother to come but he was calling his employees to come explain. Then another waitress quickly ran into the kitchen hiding from this rude manager to put the fish into another container and the container was now a polystyrene and not the normal John Dorys container.

John Dorys need to tell us customers to bring our own bowls if we buying take aways, how do you expect a customer to pay for a container when they buying take aways. Mr Manager you need to do training on what customer service is about, you cannot run the business like that, no wonder your restaurant is always empty!!!
