Steers promenade pathetic

We ordered our meal as per normal, we waited for about 15 mins & heard nothing yet about any delay, the kitchen staff were having a jolly good time in the kitchen while the customers were frustrated as they were waiting long for their meals, after 40 mins had passed by we then went to enqiure where our meals are, the lady that was behind the counter who had no name tag on just looked at us disgustingly said it is there she must just pack it, once she packed it, she basically threw the bag on the counter & walked away to help the next customer, no explanation nothing, i haven't received such poor customer service before, this was on the 27/06/13 @ 19:14pm
