BAD ATTITUDE

On Monday 29th of April, at about three thirty I went into Steers El Corro for some lunch with my girlfriend. From the word go the staff member behind the counter was unfriendly and unhelpful, not even a smile. He took my order as if I was feeding him sour grapes. He wouldn't even exchange our chips into a burger takeaway container so that my girlfriend could pour some of the complementary sauces over them. He's reason for this, you have to buy a burger to get a take away container for a burger (I had ordered two large burgers and chips). To top it off, he neglected to give me the 500ml drink that comes with my girlfriends combo. After all the money I have spent at this establishment! PATHETIC service continues to ravage SA! Steers has lost us as clients this time. This isn't the first time I have had bad service there, but it is the last time. Enough is enough!
