STEERS MAMMOTH FAIL!!!

Where to begin... so we are hungry and we think lets get some Steers, MAJOR mistake, nothing could have messed up my day as their incompetent staff and shocking 3rd world service just did! I placed an order to the value of R 105.70, consisting of 1 saucy burger chips, 1 Get Real Cheese burger and chip and 1 Double o nothing dbl cheese burger and large chips. After waiting for over 30MINS I eventually got up and asked the guy at the pc screen where are we on order#9, he (sweating all over everything) then had me waiting 10 more mins as the large chips still needed to be made. He then with his bare hands put the chips container in the bag, his fingers touching on some of the chips and then said he was going to give me a free ice cream to compensate for the waiting time, so he started pouring the ice cream, halfway into it stopped and walked away. I just left as this was not going to get better! I ended up getting 3 small chips, 1 GR burger with no cheese, something else that was not a Saucy burger and at least the Double O nothing burger, and no free ice cream to go with the Saucy burger. Never have I been this disgusted with Steers!! EPIC MAMMOTH FAIL STEERS!!!
