Beggars harrassing customers in drive through

Every time I have been to the McDonalds on N1 North at Beyers N I have personally been harrassed or witness other customers being harrassed by beggars in the drive-through and outside the sitting area. The staff are aware of the situation and know the individuals but no actions have been taken. Even after complaining to staff.

Specifically there is a white male in his late twenties begging for food/petrol money while you collect your food in the drive through, normally with a variation of a tragic story; and a black man in his thirties that waits until you are inside your car. Not only is this off-puting, it is a very real security and hijack risk - and yet McDonalds staff seem unconcerned about their customers safety and their McDonalds experience.
