PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Firstly when you place your order the lady at the till would shout your order to the back as if you in a low level spaza shop. My wife had asked for tomato sauce they said they will bring it to her, instead of giving her over the counter, to our dismay even until we left they still hadn't brought the tomato sauce. This could mean that the don't have tomato sauce sachets.

We have two small children, one 3yrs old and the other 7 months and the aircon was really cold. I mentioned this to the lady at the till and with very little regard for me said that someone will come, but very agitated. Ten minutes had passed and still we were left to freeze, so I went back. The lady now very irritated with me, said he's coming. The guy that was suppose to come assist us, said that he's busy with a customer and my reply was that I had made this request long before the customer had come and I am also a customer.

I have worked in retail and this is not how we trained to treat customers, so this KFC has lots to do to curb the disrespect and disregard for people that their employees had displayed today.
