Getting our order wrong!!!

My husband and I ordered KFC today and our order was horribly messed up! Instead of giving me a colonel burger with extra zinger sauce, they put zinger sauce all over and here were visible traces of tomato on my no-tomato burger. My husband ordered a zinger that only ended up being a colonel burger with only white sauce with brown lettuce on both burgers. Absolutely disgusting!!!
We drove all the way back to replace the burgers and did not even receive an apology!
