Seeing Pink Over Chicken

I recently Purchased a Grilled Chicken From the deli in Spar South Beach next to addington hospital, unfortunately when i got home and opened the packaging, i noticed that the chicken itself was Pink, although i wasn't sure what it was, i found it to be rather a gustily sight, especially if you are about to consume a product and it as pink stuff on it. I decided to take it back to Spar the next day, which i did, only to be told by the Manager Named Robin, that it was just tomato sauce, and what made the situation even more upsetting was that they assumed that i was the one that used the so called "tomato sauce" on the grilled chicken, its rather unbelievable to be honest as i really fail to see how tomato sauce can be PINK in colour, why would i waste my work time and the time of SPAR if i really used pink tomato sauce on the grilled chicken, This incident as left me rather angry and i have lost all confidence in SPAR, I am however going to take this matter up with the Department of Health, due to bad customer service from the Store Manager and the employee who works in the deli department
