Severe food poisoning!!

Some colleagues and i went to Fourways McDonalds on monday during lunch. My friend and I were the only ones unfortunate enough to use those little cups you put tomato sauce in, we filled one up for our fries (note we are the only two that took from the 5 of us) Upon finishing the tomato sauce, i smelled the container and something smelt off. Once we got to the office, we all ate our burgers, immediately after eating mine I had to run to the bathroom and throw up. I went home, threw up. Had supper, threw that up too. Each time, I could actually taste the tomato sauce. My colleague too started vomiting at work and had the same reaction as i did - constant throwing up... Do the tomato sauce containers never get cleaned? We both had to take the day off work yesterday as we were so weak from all the vomiting. We will never use that mcdonalds again, and we will be telling everyone we know, how unclean that franchise is.
