Took forever to eat, waiters aren't even trained

We were at Spur Canal Walk for lunch on Monday the 23/12/2013, and let me just tell you, the service we received was nothing short of absolutely disgusting. The waiters were clearly not trained at all, they didn't know what they were doing and they, along with manager, were wandering around while we waited for our food. Our waiter never cleaned our table, nor brought us cutlery and we could clearly see she had never been trained and her staff station wasn't stocked with cutlery or straws, she had to walk across to the other side of the restaurant to fetch them. The manager even WATCHED us begin to eat our food with our hands because we were in a rush to leave because it took over an hour to receive our food - that is absolutely unacceptable, quite frankly the manager should be dismissed in my opinion. I DO NOT WANT to receive a call from the operator/owner/manager of the branch, as they are clearly part of the problem, Spur head office should launch an investigation into the Canal Walk branch.
