Food not cook/grill properly and hair in my food

Took my wife to work 3/12/2014 and to go eat and watch a movie @ 10 . So I go to canal walk spur @ 9 for an early breakfast . waiter took my order said food will be done in a few minutes because there is not many costumers.

1. Food took forever so I had basically 10 mins to down my food before the movie
2. the eggs was jelly and i asked for medium eggs
3. I found hair in my mushrooms or something that looks like hair
4. this was the worse my bacon was half cooked and still pink not even grilled at all
5. Ask for manager he come over. I show him my food and say i am only paying for my juice. No Sorry for the food or anything . the worse manger I ever came across no customer satisfaction at all or even a smile.

Always happy at the Melkbos Spur but canal walk has disappoint to many times already and i had enough
