Extremely bad management

I took my kids to spur so they can play and we could have a quick bite to eat. I waited for over 20 min before a waiter or manger even walked through the bottom area where the play area is

I waved my hand while two managers and 3 waiters where standing and talking and laughing

when I finally got someone's attention. Jason the manager on duty came over. I informed him that I had not yet been served and that there is absolutely no structure, the waiters walk around like they are asleep. I told him that I had tried to get his attention too, but he was to busy and had not looked at the floor once in 20 min. He leaned all over the table like I am his best friend. When I said I don't like that, he shortly after told his waiters what I had said to him. My daughter is witness to this.

I find the service TERRIBLE and what type manager discuss their clients to their waiters like that. No wonder there is such service. Starts from the top.
