Pathetic customer service

On the 25th January 2013, I went to Spur in Ben fleur mpumalanga province for supper with friends, when we got there the place was full so we wrote our details to be put on waiting list" then we were called by the waitron as there was a table available, we were a group of five people, but at the time only 3 of us had arrived we were still waiting for other, after 10 minutes we were still waiting for someone to take our order, then the manger who Was on duty at the time came to us and asked whether our other friends were still coming because she had a big table waiting outside and we have not even ordered, she was rude and down right disrespectful, she did not seem to mind that we stil had not been served, she actually wanted us to get back outside... she was even shouting at us which indicated that she was undermining us as customers and did not care how we felt or about the image of the brand. I hope someone can deal with this as it is not the first incident, the whole staff should be taken for an intensive customer service and satisfaction training before customers stop going to spur Ben fleur boulevard
