1st in the queue, waited 45min and wrong order

Saturday Night I went to the KFC Zambesi Junction Drive-Thru and waited 45min at the window where you order and wait for your food. I had to order and collect our food at one window, but I had to pay inside the KFC. The till at the window was not working, so the lady taking the order had to repeatedly shout the order to the other lady working at the cashier in the store. When I paid the order I double checked that the order was correct and it was.

When the food was finished, the lady read out what was in the bag. First the 4 hot wings was missing so they put it in. After reading everything we left, as there was about 6 cars behind us waiting to order. I checked the contents of the bag on my way out of the complex and realised that the order was still not complete, although we paid for it. There was a Twister Meal with cheese missing, as well 3 soft drinks and a Medium chips. But she did repeat that it is in the bag. I was so disgusted and tired that I did not feel like going back and ask for the missing items.

It is in my opinion that KFC should rather not offer a 24 Hour service if they are not competent to offer such service. Success in well trained staff.
