No Customer Service Whatsoever- DISAPPOINTMENT

Sunday 28th April 2013, my boyfriend and I headed down to Michigan Spur in Longbeach Mall for breakfast. On arrival, we saw there was a huge crowd of people waiting for tables. I saw the manager standing with a clipboard, tried to catch the managers eye, and the manager rudely spat out "I'll be with you now" with his finger in our faces. 2 minutes later, another customer arrived at the door, and went inside to the manager and put her name on the list. Another 2 customers did the same. We patiently waited, and finally got put on the list. When we were seated, we waited 15 minutes for service. Finally the assistant manager took our order, and when she repeated it back to me, she had it wrong. I politely corrected her and off she went. Another 15 min passed and a waitress brought our coffee, and said "I'm just going to leave the tray here" and left a tray of dishes on our table! She went on serving other tables around us and was using our table to stock up the dirty dishes! The manager was no help, and turned a blind eye and didnt ever check on our table. Our waitron finally took the tray away, came back and asked "have you ordered? " We got up and walked straight out. WON'T BE BACK.
