I am not angry, I am livid at this moment. More that a year ago tracker failed to load debit orders on my account, the result we got behind everytime and then had to make one bulk payment. We then we promised that the debit orders will be fixed in July last year, but yet again nothing happened. In January I complained about it again, Jolene contacted me and appoligized and promised that everything will be sorted. Yet another five months later no debit order. I contacted Jolene again and advised that I want Tracker cancelled with immediate effect, I am sick and tired of absolutely no service, I got a quote from Netstar and they are much cheaper as well. Jolene sent me an email on 9May advising that she requested for cancellation and will get back to me. Last week I emailed and ask what's happening, had no reply from Jolene. Yesterday I wanted to go buy groceries and guess what all of the sudden there was a debit order from Tracker and not just the one amount but a whole R1000 - I couldn't go buy my groceries as there wasn't enough money left in our account due to trackers pathetic service. I will not pay anything, as this is your mistake- your pathetic service!!!
