Incomplete order, sour Coleslaw

On Saturday evening coming back from our holiday we decided to get KFC for dinner. I ordered a streetwise 8 piece meal, 2 chips and 2 regular coleslaws. Coming home, we realised the chips was not in the bag. Although I know that it is my responsibility to check my till slip and the contents of the bag, I would have expected the staff to make sure the order is complete. Further to that, the coleslaws were both sour, both within the expiry date.
I don't normally complain, but this is the third time I either get something that is off, or the order is not complete. I really doubt if I will return to this branch at all.
