Disgusting Service and Attitude

What a terrible experience... The owners arrogant attitude is continued to his staff... as a result being that all staff have the attitude, " take it or leave it". The food is meant to be special... Oh my word... nothing special I promise... Not even average, just normal below average meal at stupid high prices. Kids are not looked after with getting meals first, the lobster must be illegal sized. Small small small. You must be prepared to wait and not see a waiter with hour intervals. You can not even get a glass of water in 30 minutes. I complained to a said manager, the attitude is we full. 140 seat restaurant is basic, if you can not do this you should not be in the game. Take your grumpy away from civilized people.
