Extremely slow service

My wife and i visited the Steers store in Bloemfontein at the Shell Ultra City. We orded and we were told that the food would take 20min. After 30min we asked where our order was and we were told that it would take another 20min to make. 50 minutes for 2 burger meals - pathetic! We asked for a refund and this request was declined and any other reasonable request. We eventually left with the 2 cokes we had paid for, because who knows if the order would have only taken another 20min, as the cashier was already incredibly wrong with her original time estimate. There was no manager visible, the floor was dirty and the service was incredibly slow. We often support Steers but i will rather go to your competition going forward as your in store staff obviously dont care about the customer.
