Bad attitude regarding pricing!

I am disappointed by the way your staff handled my query last night.

1x large Coke R13.00
1x small Coke R5.00
1x small Mexican R41.90
1x large Mexican R41.40

I explained that there must be a mistake on the system as my small meal is more expensive than the large meal. Her reaction: "We know there is a problem on our system, it will be sorted out Monday. It seemed she was doing something about it as she was busy on the POS and with papers etc... - until she looked at me very confused asking: "Are you still waiting for your order or something? " I said I am waiting for an reply on the pricing that is incorrect. She replied: "There is nothing I can do about it you should have ordered the large"

The outcome of this is actually so simple and should be basic knowledge to your staff.

She could have done the following:
I apologize for the glitch in our system Head office is aware of the problem and will be updating our system on Monday. Can I offer to upgrade your small chips to a large or can I interest you in a milkshake/ice cream/Mc Flury?
