All time bad service and bad attitude from staff!!

Yoooo! am tired of the VUT Ekurhuleni staff... they have such bad attitude! For small things you need from them they will always give you attitude and not help you. They forget that not everyone is a full time student and some of us are working. With all due respect, they need to respect us as students.

I called in to ask for a simple things to be emailed to me... the lady refused, wait... before she can actually say no, she had to be rude and ask me if i knew i could get the same services on the [URL Removed] on, am not stupid... i wasn't gonna waste my airtime and call her if i could get that thing on the Internet. She refused to email me... said i should come to the campus. My point is... this people are always very useless and never want to assist..even with simple and small queries. Am fed up!
