Fly in food at Restaurant - Bad attitude

We ordered a pizza and waited for about 30 minutes. Mean time they brought the coffee that we ordered. It was Very cold. We complained to the manager, and he told us to go to another place if we want. The pizza came an there we found a fly into the cheese on the pizza. Management said it is a small little bug that flies around. Anything can happen and it's not their problem. We can go if we want. Well, after the drinks we had, we stood up and had to pay the R275-00 food bill first. The waiter told us that it is Restaurant policy to pay 10 % tip, but we refused to pay the tip... What a attitude...
