We were shocked at the poor pathetic service we received. We were patient with our drink that arrived 45minutes later but after nearly a two hour long wait for a simple meal, that was just going too far. We asked a staff member to call our waiter and she just ingored us. when our waiter did come through, he walked passed us shooing us away... the table of 10 next to us that were seated about 20 minutes after us had finished their meals and were ready to leave and we still had not gotten our meals, the kids asked for a pastry, i mean how long does it take to bring the kids a pastry? further more, We asked to pay the drinks bill as we were about to leave and my husband picked up that we were charged for drinks we did not order... I cant believe how dishonest Irene Mugg and Bean are. the manager had a butch attitude. To top off our morning, i found cases of canned beans stacked up in their toilet... If that does not put u off... there is a reason for the sign staff only, cause its disgusting beyond the patrons side... we overheard staff using vulgar langauge on each other in front of kids passing by. Wake up Mugg and Bean... you have no customer service
