Waited 1.5 hours for sevice

Waited 1.5 hours for service! People arriving 1 hour later had food before us. The manager was jp and confirmed our order was next but 30 minutes later after an hour of waiting still no food. The only thing the manager could say was sorry! Poor, poor service!!
