NO FOOD! IGNORED CUSTOMERS!

As is typical of Wednesday nights it is a bun-fight to get a seat at John Dorys Queensburgh because of their no bookings policy.
The young lady at the door trying to manage a waiting list was out of her depth and seemed overwhelmed and confused.

We patiently waited for 20 minutes until we got a seat outside and immediately noticed that one waiter was servicing the entire area of about 30 people!
We cleaned our own table from the previous patron's meals as he was being pulled in various directions.

About half an hour later we received out starters - a simple mussel pot - we were told would be quick because of our wait?!

More than one hour and 45 minutes later we had still not received our main courses.
The couple next to us had managed to enjoy two courses, and pay to leave in record time because they had a screaming child with them!

At 20.40 we decided to leave. We gestured to anyone to assist with the bill but were ignored... the waiter having long disappeared.

So, we got up and left.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. NO FOOD. POOR PLANNING.

Not everybody loves John Dorys and the Queensburgh branch is a disaster waiting to happen.
