John Dory's Fish
2 and 1/2 hours for a Sushi orde

Myself and three friends went for Sushi at the John Dory's in the Galaria today. We ordered at 12:45 and by 15:20 our order had still not arrived at our table. The waiter Tee Kay, was very good and apoligetic for the delay. I witnessed him pleading with the Sushi Chefs to hurry up with our order as the other waiter had taken our ordered for their customers. Only after 1 and 1/2 hours did a manager call on our Table. Not once did the manager apologies for the delay all they said was they would follow up on the order but after another 30 minutes I had to request the manager to return to our table. Once again no apologie just a "I will follow up on your order". This kind of service is Shocking, NOT only did the food take 2 and a half hours, we did not get an apologie. I eventually had no choice other than to leave my friends without eating, as my hour lunch break from work had turned into over 2 and a half hours out of the office. Is this standard of service normal?
