Poor service and food

This is the second te that i have been here and on both occasions it was a disaster. The first time they just opened up, they messed our order up completely, waiter gave me attitude like it was my fault he forgot my one order and when the manager stepped in even he got the order wrong .thinking that they jus open then with new staff i decided to give them another chance, that was my mistake, we waited about 10 min to be seated, then told that card machine not working so had to go to atm for cash, then the waiter took for ever to bring us anything, i asked for a light as we were sitting out side which took half and hour to come and stayed on for 5 min. We ate in darkness people were using there phones for light to read the menu . food came oily with no taste, i ordered side veg which was horrible and sent it back but was still charged for it. Over all the service was bad, staff were in there own world had to wait for ever to be served and when we did get served was food and poor service. Never again will i ever go to that branch. Sad part is i stay in the area and it was so convenient but non the less never again
