Joh Dory's in Somerset West worst service and food

We book a table at John Dory's in Somerset west, when we got there we had to wait for 35 min and 6 people had to sit at a 4 seated table.
We order food and drinks as we sat down.
Waited 2 hours for are food, when we got it half the order was wrong, cold and under cooked.
After we complaint, the waiter and floor manager just ignored us, went we got the bill 20 min later
they charge us for uneatable food and food that wasn't on the table.
Worst service and food we have ever had.
Will not advise any one to go supported John Dory's until they up there staff and Management.
