The food took 49-52 minutes to be served, on service all the food was burnt, the toppings and garnish appeared to be not fresh at all, the food reeked of an unpleasant odour - expired food, I did not appreciate the service that I got from this restaurant and I would never ever go there again I advise all readers to avoid going to Spur!! The onion rings were BURNT the glasses were not properly cleaned together with the cutlery and the thing is tht they weren't even busy!! I had a cheddar melt steak and it was HORRIBLE I had to tell the waiter I think his name was vusi or vuyo to please take it back and wen it returned it was Burnt beyond recognition, I then had to settle for a Steers burger. Spur clearwater mall is bad and guys please don't go there
