I had stopped halfway with the family and had a meal at Nandos which we were not happy with when I called the manager he came through and he heard me out and politely dealt the issue, no fuss, no attitude, gave me my refund and even gave us drinks for the road. Well done Mr Manager you resolved it 2 easy steps, very professionally done and i applaude you for holding up the brand
