Bad Attitude towards the Custome

We went to Nandos at Eldo Village Shopping Center in Eldoraigne and ordered the family meal.

When my order came there was a piece of plastic in the chicken.

When asked for the manager they send 2 different guys to come to us. Up until today I still do not know who is the manager.

We asked if they could change our order as we had the piece of plastic in it and they eventually changed our order.

After we had eaten we went to pay and they said no we can go the meal is for free, but as soon as we enter our car the lady came to us and tell us that we had to pay for the meal. While my college was paying the lady stayed at the car and started to get arrogant towards us.

We are never going back to that Nandos as they had very bad service and attitude.
