Pipe in our Mash!

To Nandos Customer Care

We are regular customers at Nandos and last night I went to the Nandos in Alberton Crossing for some take-outs.

When we got home we were shocked to see a piece of pipe in our mash. I immediately called Nandos and spoke to the manager of the store and told her I was coming back to sort this out. As I arrived and showed them this pipe, the staff and manager laughed at the situation. I do not think the situation was handled correctly, eventually when the laughing was done I was give a large mash and a sorry.

I understand machinery may be problematic but to be laughed at when someone could have choked is unacceptable.

I do not want a generic response from you guys and I do not want to speak to the manager of the branch, I just wanted to inform you what happened. My family and friends will not be going back there again.

I am disgusted at the service and attitude of one of the better restaurant establishments in SA.
