EXTREMELY Poor Service at KFC

A group of 12 entered KFC Greenfields, East London on Saturday 14th Dec, at around 7:30pm. We were on a trip from Durban.

Although the queue was short, the service was extremely slow. Nothing expect chicken pieces were pre-prepared as we were told we had to wait 8 minutes if we wanted a chicken burger, or zingers etc. And the 8 minute wait only began once you had placed your order.

The last person in our group finally received his order 55 minutes after we entered the outlet. When we got to our hotel, we found that one burger from our order was missing, and hadn't been placed in the bag, even though it was on the order slip and it was paid for.

For having to wait nearly an hour to recieve food from KFC Greenfields, the poor service and the fact that they left out part of our order, means that we had an absolutely disgusting experience there.
