Not quality food

Received a chicken burger, however the chicken was fried so small it looked like a hashbrown, not worth your money. You can't order the same burger and receive a nice meal then go another day and order the same burger but looks like a hashbrown. I could just taste tomato, roll and mayo. I also went to a KFC one evening probably just before they were closing as I was told I can only order what was left and not what I wanted. Which I feel is BS. I went onto the website and sent an email to [Email Removed] with ref CAS-17760-N7Q5M3 however no feedback. Very poor.
