Bad Service

My wife and I decided on 23.09.2013 to visit what used to be our favourite place, Mikes Kitchen. We entered the restaurant, the person at the door, whose name unfortunately we did not get, showed us to a table in the smoking section outside. We then requested that he give us about 5 minutes to decide on drinks. It took us about 2 minutes. We waited as we had mentioned 5 minutes. No one came to see if we had been served or to check up on us after 30 min, we decided to leave. Upon leaving, the person who showed us to the table and never came back to take our drink order, was standing, staring into space, and picking his nose. He saw us leaving and wanted to know if everything was ok, my wife was so annoyed she just walked passed him. I had mentioned, we were still waiting for him to come and take our order, but he must have been too busy to bother. He then noted "oh yes, you said to give you 5 min", i noted that was 30 minutes ago. The response was "Eish Sorry" He didnt even try to apologise properly, or to persuade us to stay.
Not sure we will be doing Mikes anymore. Signed "A very disappointed once loyal customer"
