Bad service and Bad attitude

I went to the restaurant with 3 of my friend, we waited for our order for more than one and half hour, even people that got there after we have ordered they wre served and ready to go, when we complained about it to the manager he said " this is not KFC". i did not believe it he did not appologise or explain
