Disgustingly Poor Management

We attended a family members 21st birthday breakfast with 25 other family members and the service received and food presented was not of the standard they advertise. The breakfast buffet was slow in re-stocking bacon, scrambled eggs and when they were they were not clean trays. As a result the bacon was drenched in a blanket of oil. The restaurant was not busy at all but there was plenty of staff. Only one waitress made effort to serve us, thank you! When we requested poached eggs, they arrived 25 minutes later and looked disgusting, broken and overcooked. The majority of the staff were very unfriendly and the manager, quite full of himself and very self absorbed kept himself busy chatting to the younger waitresses. Don't blame the economy that is under pressure when the entertainment industry struggles, its the level of service that is embarrassing and restaurant management that has no idea or seemingly any experience to take care of it's locals let alone the overseas visitors or national holiday makers. Wake up Blowfish!! This restaurant used to be a great place to visit... now all that it has going is the view.
