Shocking service at 5 Flies Restaurant, Cape Town

We were part of a group of friends who had a birthday party tonight at 5 Flies Restaurant in Cape Town.
The service tonight was probably some of the worst service I have ever experienced.
Firstly, we waited almost an hour and a half for our first course to be served. The main course was a disaster. I ordered a 'seafood plate', which should have consisted of line fish, mussels and prawns. At the end, the only thing was a bit a potato mash and fish, which was uncooked. No mussels or prawns! When I asked the waiter about it, he transferred the blame on the chef and could not explain what went wrong. This happened to everyone which ordered the so called seafood plate.

We even had to go and get our own wine from the bar because we could not find our waiter anywhere. One of my friends even went to fetch his own desert because he was still waiting for his after everyone else have already finished theirs.
It was a ordinary set menu with 3 options to choose from. To get this wrong is absurd!

I will certainly never refer anyone to this restaurant and will never go there again.

People, if you want to have a nice and decent dinner in Cape Town, do not go to 5 Flies!
