Make us wait for sub-standard food!

After not having visited a KFC since my last ordeal in April of this year, I decided to give you guys another chance, and see if things have improved. They did not. From having to wait in front of the store for food ordered through the drive-thru (15 mins) to receiving a hastily-packed bag with no condiments/straws/chilli salt/sauce etc.

Upon arrival at home, the "Power Tower Box" was terrible! The lettuce on the tower rounder was brown to black, rotten, no mayo, stale bun with a piece of chicken that had no doubt been sitting in the window all day, dry as can be (why the wait then?) The chips were mostly burnt and stale, and the mash and gravy had LITERALLY 1 teaspoon of mash in it! The piece of chicken was the smallest piece possible, practically crumbs on a bone, and tasted of burnt oil.

My wife's twister meal was similarly disastrous. This is the quality I've come to expect from KFC, and always tell my friends and family that for the rates they pay, they can expect absolute rubbish in exchange. Super disappointing AGAIN KFC, but I can't say I am surprised... I did have a little hope though, not warranted.
