My company orders toasted sanchwiches every wednesday from KFC MONTCLAIR. Most of the time they will not have something in stock. This time was that, the person who answered the phone could not speak english or understand english properly, i had to repeat myself four tmes to get her to understand me. Secondly when my driver fetched the order and brougth it to the office, to my amazement the bread was not toasted and some of the fillings had fallen out the bread. Also some of the brad was broken and the bread was cold like it was in the coldroom to keep it fresh. When i phone the manager on duty she had nothing to say. Surely KFC trains their management on to how handle comlplains and to notify the customer when there is a promblem. There would not have been a promblem if the staff was trained an notified me immediatley that the toaster was not working.
