Salty chicken, no mash, just gravy

Hi there

I regularly go to your Southdowns branch to buy food for myself and staff, but am getting rather annoyed at the inconsistencies and poor quality of your food over the last 3-6 months. Your two piece with pap for instance; last week there was a decent portion of pap with the meal, this past Sunday about two tablespoons. I had to go out again and buy some bread, which defeated the purpose of buying a meal in the first place! The mash and gravy... more like gravy and mash. There was literally about 1 tablespoon of mash and the rest was gravy??? On numerous occasions we have also had chicken that is SO SALTY and VILE, we had to bin it! Saltiness of the chicken is inexcusable, if it happened once, an honest mistake - but this seems to be the case for about 50% of my visits. I know for a fact that your stores are supposed to work to set scientific formulas/measurements.. This is not the case at Southdowns and warrants some investigation. The store has been very quiet on my more recent visits, so take heed! I for one am seriously considering other food options.
