The worst experience

I went to buy kfc with my 2 nieces on sunday so we decided to go through the drive thru which later was a bad idea because we were told to go park and wait, waited for more than 15 to 20mins. The food eventually came, the ice cream cups where not properly closed but that was not serious we managed to eat it. When we got home, the box master was terrible. the bread had black burnt crumbs on it, the hash brown was burnt, the lettuce was stale, the chips were dry and not as fresh as usually known. If the distance between where we live and kfc we would have taken it back. They need to up their standards like other kfcs. It is unacceptable.
